Has been fishing Gasparilla Sound & the surrounding waters since he was 3 years old. After the first few trips out with his dad and granddad he was hooked. On the rare occasion the boat left without him he could be found fishing the canals on LGI all day. Once the boat returned he usually had the better catch.

  

   Capt. Cyler has been blessed with a innate sense and passion for fishing. At the age of 8 Capt. Cyler told his family he was going to be a fishing guide. With that goal in mind he spent every free moment learning the waters and patterns of the different species of fish. When most teenagers are asking for a car when they turn 16 he asked for a boat.

 

   Capt Cyler truly enjoys sharing his love and knowledge of fishing with other anglers whether its their first or hundredth time on the water. He strives to make each trip exciting and as memorable as when he fell in love with the sport.
